Hotellet tilbyr moderne møterom med teknisk utstyr, overnatting på stedet samt gratis parkering og ladepunkt for elbil. Forplejningen kan for eksempel inkludere lunsjbuffet og kaffepauser fra hotellets restaurant og bar. Etter arbeidsøkten kan deltakerne nyte nærliggende naturopplevelser eller rusle i sentrum av Voss.
Bærekraftige tiltak
Fleischer’s Hotel i Voss jobber aktivt med bærekraft for å skape et miljøvennlig rammeverk for både fester og møter. Hotellet er sertifisert som Miljøfyrtårn, noe som innebærer at driften oppfyller krav til energisparing, avfallssortering og miljøvennlige innkjøp.
I forbindelse med selskaper og konferanser tilpasses menyene etter sesongens lokale råvarer, og mange produkter kommer fra produsenter i Voss-området. I tillegg ligger hotellet bare noen få meter fra togstasjonen, noe som gjør det enkelt for gjester å komme med offentlig transport i stedet for bil. Fleischer’s arbeider også kontinuerlig med å redusere matsvinn og minimere bruk av engangsemballasje, slik at både private arrangementer og bedriftsmøter kan gjennomføres med fokus på bærekraft og ansvarlighet.

1. Execution of the Event
To ensure a smooth execution of your event, we kindly ask that you contact us for a review of the program before it is distributed to the target audience. This allows us to assist in ensuring that the execution aligns with the hotel’s capabilities and limitations, as well as optimizing the guest experience.
2. Cancellation and Reduction Deadlines for Group reservations
Cancellation and reductions must be made in writing to our booking department.
Changes in the number of non-resident participants for meals, up to a 10% reduction, can be made up to 48 hours before the event.

3. Program/ Guest lists:
The final program and guest lists must be received by the hotel no later than 21 days before arrival.
Please inform us in advance if any participants have special needs that should be accommodated. The hotel's template must be used for the guest list.
4. Package Prices:
Agreed package prices are unit prices and cannot be split or altered before, during, or after the stay.
Full Board Packages:
Full board pricing is a special rate. Elements within the package cannot be removed. Costs for non-resident participants will be charged to the organizer's collective invoice. Any other conditions must be specially agreed upon.
Day Packages:
Day packages apply to participants staying overnight or in combination with full board packages, as final day packages, depending on the meeting start and end times.
Day packages also apply to participants who are not staying overnight.
Day packages can only be used for one day, and elements within the package cannot be removed.
Payment must be made on a collective invoice to the organizer. Any other conditions must be specially agreed upon.
5. Payment:
Fleischer’s Hotel only accepts cash payments at the reception.
Event costs must be settled by payment card or invoicing.
Expenses for additional services and shared catering not included in the price offer must be charged to the organizer's collective invoice.
We reserve the right to renegotiate the price if the event is moved to a different date.
6. Responsibility for Participants’ Bills:
For individual services not included in the price offer (e.g., bar services), each participant must settle their bill separately.
The organizer is responsible for any unpaid participant bills
7. Invoicing:
We reserve the right to conduct a credit check of the company if invoicing is requested.
If invoicing is required, the following information must be provided to the hotel at least 14 days before the event:
- Correct invoice address
- Any reference or marking
- Email address for PDF invoice or correct organization number if EHF invoicing is required
Note:
- Individual invoicing or multiple invoices for the same event is not offered.
- Invoices are not issued for amounts below NOK 5,000.
- Invoice fee: NOK 95 per invoice (unless otherwise agreed).
- Payment due date: 14 days (unless otherwise agreed).
- Late payment fee: NOK 85, plus applicable late payment interest as determined by the Ministry of Finance.
8. Deposit/ Bank Guarantee
We reserve the right to request a deposit or a bank guarantee.
9. Damage
The organizer is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel due to negligent or intentional actions by event participants.
10. VAT and General Price Adjustments
In the event of changes in government VAT rates, confirmed prices will be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to general price increases.
11. Complaints
Neither the Customer nor Fleischer’s Hotel will accept complaints from participants unless they are submitted as soon as possible and no later than departure.
12. Overbooking
In case of overbooking, Fleischer’s Hotel is obliged to provide an equivalent offer at another nearby establishment.
13. Disputes
Any disputes arising between the parties in this agreement, or between guests and Fleischer’s Hotel, shall be governed by Norwegian law.
14. Room and Venue Availability
Reserved rooms will be available to participants from 3:00 PM on the arrival day until 11:00 AM on the departure day.
Reserved venues will be available from 8:00 AM on the arrival day until 3:00 PM on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel.
15. Force Majeure
Events beyond Fleischer’s Hotel’s control, such as strikes/lockouts within our organization/supply chain, fire, war, blockades, natural disasters, hyperinflation, supply shortages, etc., entitle the hotel to terminate the agreement without liability for compensation.
By signing this confirmation, I, as the customer, confirm that I have read and understood the contents of this confirmation and the general terms and conditions for booking this type of event at Fleischer’s Hotel.
